Location: Bremond, TX / Kosse Mine and other Texas project locations.
Schedule: Varies by role. Some positions may follow a 5 days per week / 10 hours per day schedule.
Position Overview: 3B Construction is seeking heavy equipment operators to support active project sites across Texas. Operators may work with bulldozers, excavators, trackhoes, tractors, scrapers, and other equipment used for excavation, grading, hauling support, reclamation, and site development work.
Experience / Skills: Equipment operating experience is preferred. Candidates should be safety-minded, dependable, comfortable working outdoors, and able to follow jobsite direction in an active field environment.
Ideal Candidate: A reliable operator who takes pride in equipment operation, works safely, follows direction, and shows up ready to support the crew.
Includes: CDL truck drivers, non-CDL off-road truck drivers, water truck drivers, and hauling-related field roles.
Location: Current openings may include Bremond, TX, Waco / College Station routes, and other Texas project locations.
Schedule: Varies by role, route, and project assignment.
Rate: Pay may vary by position and assignment. Some driving roles may include hourly, by-the-load, or per-haul revenue models.
Position Overview: 3B Construction is seeking drivers and hauling support personnel to help move materials, equipment, and project resources tied to construction, reclamation, mining, industrial, and heavy civil work. These roles may support circuit routes, active jobsites, material hauling, water truck operations, and field logistics.
Experience / Skills: Candidates should have safe driving habits, be dependable, and be comfortable supporting field operations in active project environments. CDL requirements may vary by position. Reliable transportation to and from the jobsite may be required for certain roles.
Ideal Candidate: A reliable driver or hauling team member who takes pride in safe operation, communicates clearly, follows direction, and shows up ready to support the work.
Includes: Hand laborers, general laborers, workers, helpers, field support crews, and other hands-on jobsite roles.
Location: Current openings may include Bremond, TX / Kosse Mine and other Texas project locations.
Schedule: Varies by role and project assignment. Some positions may follow a 5 days per week / 10 hours per day schedule.
Position Overview: 3B Construction is seeking dependable laborers, workers, and field helpers to support active jobsites across Texas. These roles may assist with cleanup, site preparation, reclamation, material handling, equipment support, traffic or access support, and other daily field needs.
Experience / Skills: Candidates should be safety-minded, reliable, willing to work outdoors, and able to perform hands-on labor in active field conditions. Previous construction, mining, reclamation, industrial, or general labor experience is helpful, but dependability and work ethic are key.
Ideal Candidate: A hard worker who shows up on time, follows direction, works safely, and is ready to support the crew wherever needed.
Includes: Mechanics, equipment maintenance support, commercial truck support, and other roles that help keep construction equipment and vehicles running.

A practical, hands-on mechanic or equipment support professional who understands the importance of keeping machines ready, safe, and working when the crews need them.
Includes: Project managers, civil engineers, project support, field coordination, estimating, planning, and leadership roles tied to heavy civil construction.
